• “Green Production” plunger re-uses main components after pads are worn
• Hardened and plated mandrel designed for multiple rebuilds and lower costs over life of the well
• Double-ended style allows for either end to be inserted into well and to be periodically turned over to even out wear (ends are marked)
• Pads protect the long life mandrel from tubing contact
• Proprietary split ring holds pads secure and is retained by mechanically locked screws that do not back out
• Exchange programs for rebuild available through Well Master – lowers average cost per plunger by 25% or more
• Standard design uses 4140 tool steel hardened and plated for long life
• Replaceable pads in standard 4140 with wear indicators
• Currently available in 2-3/8” size
• Pads machined from 4140 cold-rolled steel for the highest mechanical integrity
