Dave Radel

Jesse Smith

Jesse Smith has worked in oil and gas industry for sixteen years, beginning his career as a roustabout. His impressive track record resulted in a steady increase in responsibility from pumping wells to providing plunger technical services.

He delivered superior results in well optimization and cost savings through technical know-how how and selection of the right products to get the job done.

He joined Well Master in part because the company’s products proved critical in helping him obtain solid cost savings and well optimization. He currently provides client technical support and education and partners with Well Master leadership in the development of the next generation of Well Master products.

Kenneth "Hoppy" Niles

For the span of his career, Hoppy has enjoyed serving customers in an account management and sales role. He believes that providing great products and trusting relationships are the keys to serving customers well.

He believes in Well Master products because he has witnessed firsthand the operational and financial benefit the company’s plunger lifts provide to even the most difficult wells. “When products benefit the customer as much as Well Master plunger lifts do, it’s great because I’m really in a role of helping clients succeed.”

When Hoppy appears on client locations, many recognize him as the accomplished professional blues-based rock musician. Hoppy continues to have a nationwide following, still performing in the west.

Marc Mansur

Marc’s energy career includes oil refinery operations, lease operations and measurement, where he delivered high levels of operational productivity and safety for Giant Industries and Encana.

As a Well Master account manager serving Wyoming, he enjoys getting the highest quality lift systems in the hands of his clients and finds it gratifying to collaborate with them to get their assets producing at the highest levels, even in the most challenging conditions.

In his free time, he enjoys chasing around his two young daughters and enjoying camping, snowmobiling, snowboarding, fishing and boating.

Rob Bender

Charley Mylander

A resident of Northern Colorado for most of his life, Charley has grown up surrounded by oil and gas fields. His 35-year career has centered on account management because it fits his personal values of client service and problem solving. He chooses to make Well Master his ‘home’ because the company philosophy of providing a consultative approach to serving clients resonates with how he likes to conduct business.

He and his wife Judy have three married children and four grandchildren. When he's not working with clients, you can find Charley at his church, on his motorcycle or playing softball.

David Green

David Green earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and brought over twenty years of experience in resource industry technology management when he joined Well Master in 2004.

David oversees operations management at Well Master.

Grey Daniell

A life-long resident of the San Juan basin, Grey operated wells for established companies such as BP, Burlington Resources and ConocoPhillips for the past 12 years. Grey’s clients appreciate his practical knowledge and expertise in optimizing well function and profitability. It's common to see Grey in the field partnering with his clients to offer innovative solutions to maximizing well capability.

Grey joined the company because he believes in the quality of Well Master products and enjoys offering his expertise to help wells function most efficiently.

In his free time, Grey enjoys hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles.

Janet Maxwell

Janet Maxwell joined Well Master in 2011 after serving as a controller and financial expert for the quality-focused metal and manufacturing industries. Her broad global experience includes financial reporting and analysis, tax strategy, and human resource and benefits management.

Janet was attracted to Well Master because the corporate values around excellent customer service link with her own leadership philosophy.

Janet earned her B.A. in finance and accounting from University of Colorado. She enjoys spending time with her family and travel, running, Tae Kwon Do, and kayaking.

Lloyd Wales

By his own admission, Lloyd practically grew up surrounded by oil and gas fields – having been born and raised in Wyoming and then moving to the Vernal Utah Basin area. He and his wife Nancy raised his fourwonderful children in what he truly feels is 'God’s Country.'

Lloyd proudly started his career in the oil and gas industry 16 years ago, paying his dues as a roustabout. As he gained experience and expertise, his scope of responsibility and results increased.

He applied his hard-earned know-how to starting and selling his own oilfield business. In this capacity he leveraged his entrepreneurial spirit, passion for hard work and dedication to making a positive impact on his clients’ businesses and lives. Today, he applies his service philosophy, industry dedication and entrepreneurial spirit to the work he does for Well Master. He views it as his personal mission to help each and every well become as profitable as it can be and feels it is a privilege to serve his clients.
